July Latitude “Southeast Asian”
From the Tropic of Cancer to Lat. 10° S
The Southeast Asian Dinners are served with pad thai noodles
(rice noodles cooked with peanuts, toasted sesame oil and mung
bean sprouts in a special pad Thai sauce), Baby bok choy and fresh
pickled vegetables. Our dinners are made milder than traditional;
they can be made 1, 2, or 3 hotter!

Grilled Shrimp & Scallops
Giant Prawns & Scallops marinated in a garlic, onion, chili, and coconut milk sauce, grilled and served topped with a Thai mushroom and basil sauce that is slightly sweet. (mildly spicy)

Seabass in a Cilantro-Lime Sauce
Chunks of fresh seabass seared then simmered in a cilantro-lime sauce.

Tempeh & Vegetables
with Fresh Thai Basil
Strips of grilled tempeh stir fried with vegetables, fresh Thai basil and lemon grass in a red curry and coconut milk sauce. Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian nutty flavored soy protein rich food.

Ginger Beef
Flank steak marinated in a slightly sweet ginger sauce. Grilled and served sliced topped with a mango sambal (a chunky mango salsa with mint and lime juice) and a tamarind sauce over a crispy rice paper

Green Curry Chicken
Chicken Breast grilled, then simmered in a green curry,
coconut milk and ginger sauce with fresh basil,
served over crispy rice cakes.
(medium hot – can be made hotter easily)

Thai Iced Tea
Special Thai blend of herbs and black tea served iced with
sweetened condensed milk.
Grilled Calamari Steak
Grilled and marinated in a lime vinaigrette.
Chicken Satay
Marinated, grilled chicken tenders skewered and
served with a savory peanut sauce.
Green Papaya Salad
Shredded green papaya tossed in a lime chili dressing
with fresh tomato and toasted peanuts.
Fresh Salad Rolls
Soft rice papers wrapped around mung bean noodles,
tofu, lettuce, basil and veggies. Served with a sweet
chili-vinegar dipping sauce.
